The Reserve at Prairie Point & Prairie Point Apartments

I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience living in this apartment community, this review has been long overdue and I’m finally getting the chance to share just how positive my experience has been. The customer service has been consistently excellent. Susan and the office staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help, which really makes a difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the turnaround time is impressive. Whenever I submit a request, I receive a fast response and the work is completed efficiently and thoroughly. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that any issue will be addressed promptly. I truly enjoy living here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to call home.

After looking at several apartments and stopping by to tour this complex yesterday, this one definitely caught my eye the most. Susan was phenomenal in sitting down with us to see what exactly we wanted (amenities, floor plan, features), made us laugh and made this experience one to remember and showed us some beautiful apartments! She also explained everything so eloquently and gave us paperwork to take home that explained everything in detail. Birchwood and Elmwood Reserves were definitely our favorites! I can’t wait to apply here soon and live here someday!

Susan was absolutely amazing in helping me and my wife find the best apartment at the best value. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were looking for. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend working with her.

My wife and I are very happy here; we've lived here for 15 months. The staff is very respectful and friendly, the apartment (in our case, the Cedarwood plan) is in excellent condition and very comfortable, and the overall location is very quiet and peaceful. Manual was GREAT!!! Last Friday our refrigerator was not cooling. We called the office and Manual was out in less than 10 minutes. He got it running again with a short term fix so we would not be without it over the weekend and said he'd be back first thing Monday morning to do the permanent fix. He's a man of his word.
