Metroplains Management

I am deeply disappointed with the management at Maple Plains Apartments. As a care provider for a resident, I’ve consistently raised serious concerns about safety and sanitation on the property. These issues include unsanitary restrooms, hazardous sidewalks, and unsettling gas odors emanating from the maintenance room—all of which pose significant risks to residents and visitors alike. Rather than addressing these legitimate concerns, the management chose to retaliate against me. They attempted to have me forcibly removed from the property by calling the sheriff’s department, alleging trespassing while I was lawfully present and performing my duties. This place is a joke. They pick and chose who has to follow the rules and who can do whatever they want. You have people living off the lease, people that trash the property. Don't even think about saying anything to management because they will either ignore you or say they will "talk" to the person. But if you don't answer for a day or two because you are trying to get papers and information to renew your lease you get threatened with a violation.

This company is awesome except parking where I live. Wish I was closer as having issues with knee. One person here has 2 cars and one is in hadicap for visitors. Would not mind having it til knee is better. I would suggest this place for senior/disabled. I'm looking to move to have better parking for my needs.

This is the worse property management I have ever rented from first off they miss placed my rent money order and then they tried evicting me so after they filed the eviction they found my money order but I still had to pay for eviction costs plus court cost they are rude and disrespectful they had no remorse when it clearly was their fault

The property managers and their supervisor are straight up bogus. They talk so much trash about the residents not having job and they lovvvee kicking people out! That is so messed up this company us messed up I would not recommend
