MetroPark at Arrowbrook by Pulte Homes

I’ve been a homeowner here for a few months and I have nothing but positive things to say about the condo. Sales staff was not high pressure & a smooth sale with Pulte and their associates. Good location, beautiful homes, decent value, and no major issues so far except for a repair in progress on our second bathtub.

As a recent new homeowner and resident of MetroPark at Arrowbrook by Pulte Homes there is an abundance of praises I could provide. The Sales Team is a true TEAM, which meant I never had to deal with asking all my questions to one person. Either ladies were pleasant, personable, professional, knowledgeable sympathetic, considerate, respectful and genuine. Regardless of who I managed to get on the phone or via email, they were always willing to help any way they could. I never felt pressure of closing on another sale and they were always willing to advise on areas or topics I was not familiar with. I found the Field Manager in charge of construction to possess the same character qualities as the Sales Team and became someone I felt I could depend on to explain the construction details, s

Pulte all the way! This is my second Pulte Home - it is solid as a rock as are their staff - knowledgeable, responsive, and cordial. So far everything that I have needed is within a five mile radius. With the opening of the metro train, downtown DC is easily accessible.

Location location location, cause I dare say Ryan homes had better value. Update, community regularly loses power in the morning lately. Updating after recent COVID19 closure of adjacent park that builder stated could function as overflow parking. To add insult to injury, then Pulte threatens to tow cars off the community that are park in construction places as it is making it difficult for them to sell houses. Here is an idea... Build adequate parking that supports the residents and potential guests, and make sure your 2-car garage can actually hold 2 mid size cars with space for bicycles too... I just bought a MetroPark townhome from Pulte. From the sales person to the construction manager and to the title company, I have high praise for their team and I am satisfied with the services they provided.
