Mesa Ridge Apartments

Best apartments in town. Friends and family live here. Great pools at both phases, has an awesome sledding hill too. Friendly staff. Shout out to Amy for making this a great environment.

I absolutely loved living at these apartments. The grounds were well kept and beautiful, the staff were immaculate and always there to help, maintenance was AMAZING! The apartment was also very nice and clean. Loved living here and would have lived here for years!!!

I recently moved into an apartment at Meza Ridge, and from the very beginning, Tanara took care of every request and helped place me in what I consider the perfect apartment. The staff is wonderful, and the amenities are just as great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Mesa Ridge Apartments are amazing! My family loves everything about living here. The units themselves are modern and very well maintained. The complex community is well kept and clean. I also feel very safe living here. The apartment complex staff is helpful and friendly. The complex is always putting on fun events for the residents, and always making us feel valued! The complex manager is always super sweet when we see her around, she even knows my kids names. I just feel so at home here! 5 stars!

Lived here years ago. My experience living in the actual apartment was absolutely wonderful. Never had any issues. Then comes time for move out. My place was kept immaculate. I am pet free, child free, and nothing had ever spilled on my carpet. Upon move out inspection (which I asked kindly to be a part of but denied for some odd reason), the management team somehow found large “stains” on the under side of the carpet. Charged me hundreds of dollars for it. Also changed me for toilet stains that were there and notated on my move in inspection. Deceptive practices. One of the leasing managers was extremely rude on the phone when I tried to explain that to her. I don’t recommend this complex because they will nickel and dime you at move out.
