Fountain Ridge Apartments

I'm so glad I moved my mother to this wonderful community! Inside of the apartments are clean and well taken care of. Kathy and Jose make a fantastic team!!! They make sure the apartment complex feels welcoming as soon as you step into the office. Jose stays on top on his maintenance duties and always has a smile on his face. Kathy really cares about her present and future residents. She has a heart full of love! I can't say enough about this community and the employees there. Keep up the wonderful work! Thank you!!!!

No one is ever here. The front office is always closed. You can tell the Paperwork is not a pressing matter for them. Bc why am i getting a lease renewal 2 DAYS before my lease is up? Why raise rent when you aren’t doing things to deserve the rent increase? Only one maintenance man & it can take up to WEEKS to be seen. At this point, paying more for a new place seems more peaceful than living here.

Great place. Kathleen was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I will recommend this community to everyone who is looking for a nice clean place to live. Thank you Kathleen for everything you did for me.
