This place is a ridiculous excuse for a place to live. The windows have been bad since the day we bought our 3 properties. We have had a window missing for months because of the hail storm and they won’t fix it until they hear from the insurance company. The front door trim and paint is pathetic. Not sure what our over $300 a month is fixing or going toward. The HOA is a joke that just keeps giving more assessments and raising costs.
