Beatriz is absolutely amazing. She took the time out of her day to help me fix an issue regarding a garage debacle. She was very fast, kind, and understanding. I felt very well taken care of with her help. She greeted me with the biggest smile and immediately jumped to help me out. The kind, caring, and understanding people like Beatriz are the reason I love living here. P.s. give my girl B a raise! Lol
Friendly staff and good turn around times for repairs. Some issues with water and sewer bills but that isn’t their fault and they always refund any overpayments in a timely manner. Beatrix is a very competent and friendly property manager as well and is happy to address any concerns and questions.
I had a tour for a studio, the tour was awesome. Nathan gave a ton of information on the different floor plans, how the rent will look, deposits, etc. he also gave other options with other apartments in the area that have more availability. I personally like having this information upfront in case I need to look elsewhere. For that this was a stellar experience, and would recommend checking out what is available and renting from this company.
The team at Cottages at Mesa Ridge were EXTREMELY helpful. They were very quick to answer my questions and very kind. They let my friend tour the property for me since I am in the Air Force and couldn't be there until later this month. Nathan was very informative during the process and made sure I was aware of the monthly rent breakdown. As someone who had a very hard time with the application process at my last apartment, this was a breeze! The website to apply was so quick and easy. All in all I am very satisfied!
Me and my wife had an amazing experience during our tour at The Cottages Of Mesa Ridge. Nathan was very informative, polite, and able to answer a lot of questions. We were approved the same day as applying. He made it feel like a home and that’s why we went ahead and made it ours! Thank you for the amazing service and will definitely recommend to others. 10/10
