Merritt Station Apartments

Having problems with management snooping and going into my apartment without notice, and stealing items from my apt. After filing a police report of of missing items, I then received a eviction notice, I have never been late on my rent . Bryan pierzchalski likes to snooping in people's apt. while your not home without notice.

We did a tour of the property. We were amazed at the layout of everything it has to offer. The Property Manager, Saleemah, cares for her residents. The property was clean. The living quarters are very lovable. I spoke with residents, and they praised the maintenance department for its upkeep. This place looks elegant and inviting.

Outstanding !!!! The building is beautiful and clean. I love the management . Saleemah is a great property manager she really goes above and beyond for the residents. Although she manages both buildings she stretches herself thin so she can meet the needs of all her residents in a appropiate and timely fashion. The residents enjoy her and the properties. The Senior Building is outstanding clean and they are very happy when she comes...Activities are provided for seniors...in which they enjoy..if you looking for Senior apartments this is avery nice place check it out...

I lived here for a while and my experience overall was just ok however, the trash rooms was always filthy and neighbors did not put trash down the chute instead they would just throw it on the floor continuosly. The last few years the buiding became a home for roaches. In the summertime there is a massive fly problem in the hallways. It has definitely went down hill in recent years.

My friend recently moved here and when I'm able I'll be following suit. The property looks so great! Very quiet and clean unlike the place I live in Essex currently. The manager was so helpful and kind and departed our conversation saying "See you soon!"
