Center Place Senior Apartments

My wife and I have lived here for 17 years we seen a lot of building managers come and go one went out in handcuffs. It was for people who had disabilities when we first moved in and they changed it to a senior apartment building 62 and up which since they did that the building has improved significantly over the years and the management are wonderful and pleasant people Shay is even easy on the eyes. She’s the nicest building manager that we had since I’ve been here. Miss Sue she’s been here forever she cares about this building and the people who live here even the people who say untrue things about her. Nice place for my father close to shopping nice people.

I moved in February 2024, I found that the staff, maintenance, and Miss Sue are friendly and helpful. I still don't know many people, but the residents I have met are very nice people. There was a few things that need to fixed, when I moved in, but they were fixed. right away. I like that there is Bingo and other things for the residents to do. I find the office and maintenance staff to be very kind and helpful. The building is extremely clean. Very nice laundry room, with reasonable prices. The community room is big and has vending machines, however, it doesn't seem to be open too often. Ample amount of parking for residents and visitors.

Center place use to have the best staff when Ms Sue was working in the office. She basically ran the place. Super helpful & actually cared about the residents there. This staff now is careless, rude and lacks the kindness that is needed to work with seniors and be helpful. They do not seem happy to do their jobs and it shows with their lack of empathy and patience. I’m truly disappointed i how things are being managed and would highly appreciate if this could be looked into.
