First and foremost you would like to thank Ms Alberta she’s do kind and patient and friendly would made me recognize her is on my move in date I was running late and she waited til I got there and even when I got there she greeted me with a warm smile. It was funny I called and said Gm and her exact words were Gm Tony 🤣🤣🤣 thank you ms Alberta for all you did for me

So first off I wanted to say Ms. Alberta was heaven sent to the leasing office. I am a truck driver by trade so to deal with me and make my process smooth took nothing less than a champ! Neighborhood is very calm and Apt fits me like a glove! 🙏🏾

I live here currently and all was well until I stopped being listened to regarding safety within the complexes. There have been over 5 times where kids are going around throwing fire crackers in the complexes because the complex doors have NO security. This has caused a huge safety concern for my child and I. I am constantly told to forward emails to a complaint email only to get no response. This is my third time renewing my lease & I pay my rent on time EVERY month. I walked in to the stairwell and found 3 teens sleeping in the stairwell at 1 am. The only real issue is they have NO cameras and no locked complex doors. Due to this, I am considering terminating my lease next go around if my security concerns are not addressed. Every complex needs to have a lock. Point blank period. I deser

I love my apt. It's so roomy and spacious. Everyone at the rental office is so nice. Mrs Consuelo went above and beyond my 50 questions with awesome customer service. Maintenance came within 1 days and they both was so nice and polite. I recommend Holiday Gate Apts. Peggy R Update: I been here over 3 years now and I still recommend Holiday Gate Apts
