Nice apartments. But you can forget about maintenance requests or getting management on the phone. IF you can get maintenance to come they never complete the request. Some of the Neighbors are the most noisiest and inconsiderate and absolutely nothing ever gets done about it!
never answers the phone and never at the the location always a “close” sign on door ! i’ve called many times in one day, on days the office is supposed to be open for months DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Staff is horrible they never fix anything in a timely manner. The manager never answered the office phone. You can't even reach maintenance when you have a problem. It's never been that bad. Why pay rent...they need new management asap.
My friend lives here. The apartments are spacious and beautiful.. She's never had an issue with the staff or the apartment..
Best place I have live in the 29 year I have been in S.c
