Meridian on College Avenue

I think that the Meridian is a great place to live at. The staff are very nice and helpful and they keep the apartment complex very clean. It's easy to get maintenance to come and fix things. The Meridian can be a bit far from some things downtown, but it's not that bad since we have a bus stop.

The Meridian is conveniently located downtown from Penn States campus and its proximity to college staples like Mclanahans is very helpful. Staff are always very helpful and informative. Gym, 24 hour study room, and tanning bed are always clean and well kept. I love my apartment!

They host some cool community events and tailgates for football games and the apartments are a great size. Walls are decently soundproof so you don't have to worry about your neighbors noise. The parking is a little pricey but still better than options downtown.

The meridian has the residents best interests at heart at all times! Their staff has hosted so many events that bring together the residents as a community over the past year, and it really personalizes the living experience with the complex as a company! Highly recommend any student to live here, you’re getting a great, walkable, apartment location with a sensible living community as well!
