Meridian at Fondren

Generally this is a nice place to live and the management is fairly responsive. However their fire alarm system accidentally goes off every once in a while and will shatter your eardrums the entire night. Given that this issue has not been fixed, I cannot recommend that anyone live here.

Lived here for 2 years. Ideal for walking access to UMMC. Safe and quiet. Nearby gym, grocery stores, and restaurants. Nice pool and apartment gym as well. Shelby and Tyler do a great job in the office. Always were very responsive and helpful.

Something to thing about. Agencies that lie. I live at the Meridian at Fondren, Jackson, MS. It has overall been a great experience. It meets the basic needs and it is walking distance to work. However, over the past few weeks the elevators have been ify!! One works the other does not. Now both are out of service. I called this morning to talk with management and while the lady assured me they were working on this, I could tell in her voice it was a well rehearsed line. I understand that if you don't have coverage for weekend repairs it will be Tuesday before this is addressed. But tell your renters this. It gives them the chance to make other arrangements and make consideration for additional lease with you. The moral here is don't lie to you tenants. Please consider before you

Wonderful! I am in Jackson for a year in between New Orleans and Manhattan, and the Meridian has been the perfect fit. It is in a cute area of town, near great restaurants and bars. Great amenities, and the staff (especially Margie and Lenardo) are beyond helpful.

We had a wonderful time living here for 3 years. This is a Very chic apartment complex with nice amenities in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Location is great, close to ridgeland, flowood, and downtown restaurants. Managers (Tyler and Shelby) and staff are Super nice and attentive.
