Merida at Stonebrook

I don’t recommend you wasting your money here at toll brothers Merida. The quality is not there it’s so hard to get things fixed to a good standard. It’s my second year owning here everything is falling apart. Their project manager will tell you he will get things fixed and doesn’t keep his word. Only thing I love is Great people, great waking paths for the family, great community events . Great location close to mostly everything. But terrible quality homes and it’s sad because they are not cheap either.

Nice enough neighborhood, but to be clear these are tract homes and don't live up to what Toll Brothers wants you to think of as "America's luxury homebuilder". New homes here have construction defects (As any new construction will) but I can't stress how important it is that you find these before the property has closed so the construction manager can resolve on your behalf. The construction managers were great at getting things resolved we found at the time. On the other hand, we have found multiple things in our home which are due to sloppy workmanship and Toll Brothers Warranty has been a pain to deal with in getting proper resolution.

Jenny with Toll Brothers sales staff at Merida is a breath of fresh air! Super knowledgeable, helpful beyond expectations, always available to answer questions and keep me updated, & doing it all with a smile on her face. Jack has been great with updates and some crazy good drone pix of the progress that is keeping my excitement level going. Such amazing quality and service from the Toll Brothers team, all at a price that blew my mind... Can't wait to get the build done, move in and enjoy my new neighborhood!

I would not recommend a home in stonebrook. The hoa is horrendous. The backyard is under review via the hoa. You can not do with it as you wish and they will withhold your 1000. Deposit if you do not comply with how your backyard should be landscaped.
