Not a fair renting policy . They say you have to be a resident of that state or be able to live there before you you put the application in because they have to witness it themselves and you have to stay there until they get it corrected or approved . so I have lived all over the United States and never in the same state where I have rented always been able to rent and sign papers when I get there I have always been able to give a 30-day notice to my previous landlord and they're denying me that

If you’re looking to rent here make sure you see the apartment you’re applying for before you pay to do the application, because you probably won’t see it until you’ve paid your deposit, first month, and signed the papers. Lacy is a mess as management, she gave sob story after sob story, frankly admitting she is incapable of doing her job and that her “higher ups” make simple tasks for her impossible (like showing the apartment you’ve made 2 appointments to see). My mother sat and worked on the application for 2 hours and Lacy was too busy to show the apartment. She couldn’t show the apartment first? Absolutely insane experience.

Memorial Hills apartments look nice but it ends there. Fairway management company is a joke. The maintenance is almost non existing. House keeping is very poor. There are a group of residents who make it very difficult for other residents to live peacefully . I have been verbally attacked and abused by the current manager. she yelled, screamed and threatened to evict me and because

I can tell you from experience that Jehovah's witnesses are not welcome here. I'm being forced to leave here for that very reason. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob judge between me and fairway management as to who is righteous and who is wicked.

I moved in in May of 2019 and I've loved my apartment ever since. I have made many friends who have now have become family.
