Melrose Village Apartments

Really enjoy the area and big play area. Office staff have been fair. The maintenence guy is really nice and hard working. Parking can be sketchy at times but that happens at any complex. (Even walmart..lol)..all round we have been here 8 years with no real issues.

I wouldn't rent from Melrose apartments at all. After I hit my neighbors apartment because somebody cut our one break line in the back on the passage side and now we're my husband accidentally went up on the Yard Saturday the want us to park on the other side of the driveway facing the other way we're our security cameras in the shop can't get a car to make sure no one breaks in to it. If they keep this up they won't have no one living hear.

Do not rent at melrose village apartments, especially if you get put into apt 2355 B, that apartment as nothing constant black mold. They claim they got rid of it but it comes back everytime. Along with they wouldn't even replace the heat, I had no heat for 5 years during the duration I was there. Also if you don't want anyone in your business be prepared to have apartment unties 2417 and 2355 apt F in your business and get pictures of your guest or anything to get you kicked out. Along with the maintenance man john in your business, telling your business and spreading lies. Best part if you want to deal with a lying property manager Ashley, several tenets moved out due to constant lying about residents and giving them false violations. The lady at the office it’s so rude! She doesn’t even try to be nice or respectful. They should definitely hire someone else to replace her unless she gets better with her interacting skills.

This place doesn't care about it's occupants the lady up front I'd rude and single minded if she doesn't like you or something your screwed. Work orders have been filed for months a few going on years and yet nothing has been done. 8 different managers in 2 years one of which is my friend so I heard all about what goes on behind those doors in the office. My gf has 4 child 1 is mine living there and there is mold under her sink and has been there for months we've tried removing it and cleaning it our self but the hole bottem needs replaced do they car nope they've had 4 to 5 different maintenance people in 2 years had to threaten calling the news and and the news actually calling them about stuff just to get it done. This place is only worth living if you live off the government and don't
