Horizon Pointe Villas and Horizon at Hillcrest Apartments

Horizon Pointe Villas has been a great community so far—quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The staff has been friendly and helpful anytime I’ve reached out, which has made settling in much easier. I did have a few items in my unit that needed attention after move-in, and the maintenance technician, Troy, who came out was outstanding. He arrived with a positive attitude, handled everything professionally, and completed the work quickly and correctly. His service really added to the overall positive experience I’ve had here. I appreciate the whole team for creating such a welcoming environment!

This is not a direct reflection on the office staff don't get me wrong! Kãi and especially Matthew are genuine and great at customer service. The quality just isn't there for the pricing in my opinion. ⭐️Office Staff ⭐️Maintenance ⭐️Location ❌Quality of complex and unit itself ❌Pricing Explain to me how base rent at $1,050.00 for a one bedroom is increased to $1,145.00 if renewed for another year? But their website shows the same floor plan going for $1,095.00? My decision was made to not renew months ago during the summer when I woke up to ants crawling on me. This was after the complex had their seasonal pest control come through and spray. 3x in order to repel their pest problem. Something to think about if you want a first floor unit. The maintenance men are jiffy on the spot. And the office people are very nice, caring and polite. You won't be disappointed to live here at the Villas

Lived here for a year and it was a great experience. Leasing staff is super helpful, and the maintenance team is efficient. Never had to wait longer than a few days to have any repairs done. Woody from the maintenance team came out for a leak repair on the same day I made a request. He even did some side-repairs while he was out here. The whole leasing staff is always ready to take calls or emails and they always respond quickly. The area is safe and the team keeps up on the property.

I really enjoyed living here! The only reason I left was because I moved out of state. I felt very safe and the staff working here is amazing. Angelique, Matt and Kai are all friendly, helpful, supportive and professional. A shout out to the Maintenance Staff as well, they were always friendly and willing to help in any situation. I will miss them and my neighbors!!
