Monica Metzger was the agent for the buyers of our home. She rarely communicated things to her own clients, including requested work progress and changes to the contract. After the sale was concluded, I was contacted by the buyers asking for information that was provided to her weeks ago. We were left hanging with no responses and ultimately gave up $300 because we stupidly trusted she would follow through on her word to prorate "rent" when the closing date was delayed and updating the contract would cause further delays. She provided no response to our realtor and walked away with commission she didn't deserve. Agents working with Monica, beware - no urgency, communication or courtesy and sure as heck get agreements in writing, even if it delays the process.

Our daughter and her family has relocated to Utah for her job. We our covering their home while on the market since they are out of state. Monica has been easy to work with, follows through and keeps our daughter updated on their house showings.
