Quick and easy communications. These things arent always easy to schedule around the work day so being able to email, call, and text with questions and responses makes the experience very easy for the home buyer. Additionally, their website is user friendly and easy to navigate. Being able to upload and retrieve documents quickly and on your own time is very convenient.
