Mellmanor Apartments

Not very great at communicating promptly. Was trying to do laundry this morning, leasing agent claimed emails were sent out. Never received one at all. At least have some signs at the laundry rooms stating the business that will be conducted during that day if somehow emails were not sent to everybody, that would save a lot of frustration and calling for folks.

I lived there for 2 years. The community is safe and clean. Josie the manager goes far and beyond to help you and provides wonderful service. Maintenance team are very friendly people. They had a security team that observe the place at night. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this place.

I had a chance to live here and absolutely loved it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and safe from traffic. I always felt safe here, so much so, I recommended this place to my little sibling. The greatest was always Ms. Josie, the property manager, she knows everyone by name and kept an open line of communication for any questions I had. Could not recommend this location and manager enough!

I lived here for a little over a year and I loved it. It was nice and quiet and it was close to shopping centers. Josie the manager was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful, if I ever needed anything she was quick to help! Definitely the best apartment manager I’ve had!

I have lived here for two years and it has been such a wonderful experience! Josie has been so amazing and is always so friendly! It was a very sad day when we out in our notice because we were moving out of state, but she was so graceful about it and even helped us look for new places to rent! If I could i would rate this place a 100/10!
