Melissa was an absolute gem to work with. I can’t stress enough on her ability to go above and beyond to find me my dream home. Because I was living over 800 miles away, I had to rely on virtual tours given by Melissa via FaceTime. She must have drove to 20+ homes for me, and each time was transparent and honest on what she thought about each residence. Whether the traffic outside was heavy, loud noise, imperfections on the house, dated appliances, the list goes on. Most importantly, was her thorough and timely communication. If I submitted a text with any questions or concerns, she responded instantly. Furthermore, if she didn’t know the answer to something, she would find out and get back to me (rather than assume). That went a long way with me, and I promise it will with you too.

I've been back and forth on a decision to move to Florida. Melissa as (and is) very helpful with information, areas, etc. even areas a bit further than her immediate selling area. I've known Melissa personally for 30 years and now knowing her professionally I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your home buying or selling needs!
