I just moved here (renter) however, I pay mortgage pricing. Love the home I’m renting as it’s spacious, comfortable, & inviting. However, as the other reviewer mentioned (section 8) is written all over this community. I used to own my home back in Jersey, nonetheless opted to “rent” until I decide where I want to plant my seeds god willing. Honestly, I regret moving here. Resent hearing loud kids playing in the street, goofy dogs in the backyard barking for nothing.. I left Jersey to move to peace & this is what I get inconsiderate people who don’t police their children or walk their dogs? The night I moved here was literally in tears complaining to my movers, my boyfriend, & my aunt telling all who would listen why did I move here? This community offers a lot of upcoming amenities with a planned lagoon, swim up bar, bowling and much more.

Worst builder around town. Never saw such worst quality build homes. Don't waste your hard earn money for Megatel
