The Quinn Apartments

We had a great experience at The Quinn Apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The entire leasing process was smooth, especially during a big transition for us. Zoey was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with everything we needed as we relocated from Florida to Texas. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the process clearly, and made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. We truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service, and we’re very happy with our decision to call The Quinn home.

Thank you to Chayce Bishop in the front office for communicating with us about the move out renovation fees and explaining our deposit to us. She was very understanding while my husband and I panicked in her office as she took her time thoroughly describing all the charges to us while we calmed down. -Emma & AJ

I'm truly impressed w this property. We've looked for months to relocate to N Dallas & we found The Quinn @Anna. Truth be told the Tx shaped pool w lazy river caught our attention but the specials, the rental prices, the property & people sold us. The staff is amazing & goes above and beyond, Tori our leasing agent is the best. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind & understanding of real life and that thing's are more difficult for some than others due to life events & medical issues. She has always been pleasant, kind, understanding and as helpful as possible. The manager is also a gem. She answered all ?'s & concerns in a professional timely & friendly manner. We toured with Zoey today and it was great!! She was knowledgeable, nice, and friendly. The amenities were beautiful, the property well kept, and the options we were amazing! My mom can’t wait to lease here! She is so excited 🤩

Great place to live! This is apartment living so like all places there are minor issues. What’s important is how management responds and resolves those issues! Siska is amazing and attentive. She resolves the issues and is always polite. The owner of the complex is onsite sometimes and very respectful.
