My mom moved in almost two years ago. The Management staff is outstanding! They care! They listen to residents and have helped to provide a safe happy home! They have incorporated water aerobics, monthly birthday celebrations, they reach out to Anna city leaders to present information on scammers and other safety tips. they have ice cream socials, popcorn and a movie. They encourage and provide residents requested needs to the appropriate city leaders to help move forward with providing the residents solutions to their needs. They keep everyone informed on routine maintenance (they actually change furnace filters!) There is a calendar each month listing crafts, games, bible study all the things that make Parmore a community! Thank You to Amanda and Skyler for proving a safe, loving
My mother moved here in January 2024 and could not be happier with her decision. The fun activities, holiday lunches and monthly birthday celebrations for the residents are amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond for their residents and families. We highly recommend Parmore Anna!
We have lived Parmore since May 2025. The maintenance man Zyien Is outstanding. He offers to help whenever he sees residents struggling. Zyien is polite and personable. When things break in the apartments it is addressed immediately. Amanda, Skylur, Derik, Zyien are helpful and pleasant with every situation.
It's February 16, 2026 in the gate and mail room are still broken! So ridiculous! It's January 2026 and the gate is still broken after 5-6 months! The mail room door has not worked for approximately 4 months, and no one really seems to care! I'm paying way too much money to live in an apartment complex that does not care about their residents! Why don't the owners respond to the reviews anymore? I really feel like it means that they don't give a crap anymore and they don't want to be bothered.
Skylur and Amanda were friendly and very helpful. We’re about to get my mom moved in and worked with her to get accommodation for her apartment. 10/10
