Overall Happy with LGI and my good team. Ben was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process and even now after closing is very helpful. Dustin my loan officer was very attentive and helpful. Always reached out to advise me where we were at in the process. Overall had a great strong team to help me purchase my first home stress free.

The homes are nice, but if you wish to buy here, bring your own lender. Do not, under any circumstances, let them handle your financing, especially if you are a first time home-buyer. They will mislead you with "sales" and "specials" and take advantage of your lack of knowledge. In addition, because of the way they do their financing, Loan Depot, (the lender they are partnered with), will feel absolutely no obligation to help make things right if you do get mislead, because "The loan officer who set up your financing does not work for Loan Depot." They are not looking out for you. They just want to push you through the process as quickly as possible so they can get their commission and be done. Again, the houses are pretty nice, but do not buy if you don't already have your own lender.

Ben had a very friendly tone on the phone. When I finally visited with my wife we met Luis, a young man with great future in the business. When he sat us down for the preliminary interview, we found some questions intrusive but it was his way of getting down to our utmost need.
