Worst property manager ever. They made me pay for the required minimums for section-8 (so that gregory meeks can make money as hes a contractor) they then convinced me to get cash tenants, who ended up not paying their rent . They then failed to evict them (7 months went by) kept getting nothing but false promises and wasted time. They literally lost me so much money because they simply couldn't do their job . Even at one point leaving me on delivered despite countless text for up to a month.

Their reputation for shady, borderline-illegal eviction tactics isn’t just a rumor—it’s their business model. Professionalism and ethics clearly aren’t part of their training manual. I have been renting from Greg for over ten years. He found me new units several times as my life needs changed. I also fell behind on rent a few times but he was so accommodating in giving me time to catch up. Any problems that came up in my units he helped me resolve them. I don’t know how to do very much myself and he was super helpful with so many things. I really appreciate what he’s done for me and my family.
