India (property manager) and Bradley (Maintenance) are AMAZING!!!! I took a star away because this new company keeps raising the rent and not updating to apartments to match the price. After 10 years, I know longer get a free carpet cleaning with renewal and they will not replace my over 10 year old carpet nor any outdated appliances without a mechanical failure. If it wasn’t for the friendly wonderful office staff I probably would find somewhere else. I definitely wouldn’t move in with these prices with the current conditions of the apartments.

I haven been at the meadows for a few years now and I’m pleased to say my experience has been nothing but positive. The property manager India is so nice and understanding she addresses all my concerns and problems promptly and respectfully. Maintenance is also top tier he not only lets me know what’s he doing and why but also goes the extra mile to make sure he does it right the first time. I even on occasion have asked him to help fix my personal belongings and he didn’t hesitate.

India has been so helpful with the move in process. She took her time explaining everything and kept us posted during the application process. Great asset to the company. Beautiful property and excited to be moving here!!

I’ve been here awhile, but India is really the most helpful leasing person we’ve had. She even listened when I asked her to get different snacks for the office. She switched up the ones she was buying added some variety! It’s the little things! But my issues are always addressed and fixed in and out the apartment….
