Meadowbrook Apartments

** Adding in the fact some degenerate that lives here stole all my seasonal decorations (Halloween, Christmas- etc) while I was moving out. Thank you!!!!!! Meh… The apartments LOOK really nice but that’s about it. Cosmetic looks are all this place has going for it. To start- the day we moved in I attempted to introduce myself to our neighbor in which I got a cold shoulder and dirty look… oookay… totally fine. We don’t have to be friends, just trying to be neighborly. The next day at 11am I got a call that someone was complaining about my dogs already? On my first technical day living there. Well I have a camera in my apartment so I check the camera and my dogs barked for all of 2 minutes and stopped. I have lived at Meadowbrook for a little over a month now and I absolutely love it. Kayla the assistant property manager is great and so nice. Always follows up with inquiries. Vinnie is always available if you have any concerns with maintenance and he is experienced, clean, and quick to address concerns. They work hard to get the place to the best that it can be. The apartment itsself is remodeled and was immaculately clean when I moved in. The neighbors are friendly and I love walking my dog around. Its safe clean and quiet. I believe this is going to be a great experience and I am so happy I chose this place.

My son and i have lived here for nearly five years now. The apartments are spacious and hvae plenty of storage. There have been changes in management since we have arrived, but the present manager and assistant are wonderful. Maintainance has always been very good to us on the whole. I am very glad to be living here and definitely it is my home.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. Our property manager is so nice and professional and handles things accordingly. Maintenance comes and fix things when you ask. They keep up with the care of the buildings. Very nice place to live. Happy to call it my home.

Living here is wonderful! Christa the property mgr. is fantastic and Kendall is so sweet and nice. I could not recommend renting here more, they are by far the very best people I have EVER dealt with anywhere in the country when it comes to renting!
