This real estate brokerage firm does not deserve any stars. I rented from Eileen Buonome on July 2, 2024 and from day-one it's been a nightmare. I was warned shortly after moving in about the non-compliance with building codes. My apartment has severe pre-existing damage and Buonome refused to accept my move-in checklist, which I prepared. Landlord screamed at me on phone because I filled out and gave her a copy of the checklist. It was an attempt to blame me for pre-existing damage. Coldwell Banker Prime Properties (CBPP) realtor informed me that since this landlord is an independant agent, CBPP cannot force her to do anything. This is not correct. I just finished buying a house in Albany and Joshua Wollin was my realtor and thanks to him, the process of buying my house ended up being very easy and stress free. He was not only very nice but also very professional throughout the whole process. Any time I saw a potential house, I was always able to contact him and he would respond back at an appropriate time. His great communication skills made it easy for us to schedule times to meet and house hunt together. Any time he was not available, he was great at making sure one of his co-workers would be available to join me which I greatly appreciated.
