Worst buying experience I have ever had. Lorenzo did not have our best interests at heart as a referred “trusted agent”. We were out of state buyers and trusted him, which we should have never done. Now we have a house in horrible condition, things falling off walls, house completely disgustingly filthy after he supposedly hired a cleaner for us, the list goes on and on. The inspector he hired was no better. Items that should have been noted on the inspection were not, which will end up costing my family thousands of dollars to repair. All I heard from him throughout the buying process was “that isn’t how it is done in the capital region”. I seriously doubt what we have is standard in any region.
