There response on maintenance is horrible. They have tendency to lose rent check then blame you they never received it. And to top it off they have a bad black mold issue that they paint over to move in the next tenant.
Decent sized park. Not very busy and located next to some trails.
Pay to play, but very nice disc golf course. Bit crowded...
My son lives there and it's very very nice
