Meadow Brook Apartments

Lived here for a year now. Our apartment is very comfortable and any issues are quickly addressed by the maintenance team. Office staff are so welcoming and caring and events hosted by them are fun and it feels like a genuine community. My dog gets treats by the staff and he adores them!

After relocating from a rural area in December upon selling my previous residence, I secured an apartment that meets my requirements: one bedroom and single-level living. The pet-friendly policy has been ideal for accommodating my two rescued Labrador mixes, who have adapted well to their new environment. Residents within my building demonstrate courtesy and friendliness. The premises are consistently clean and well maintained. Corrine provided exceptional guidance throughout the rental process and fostered a welcoming atmosphere. My request to replace the blinds was addressed promptly and efficiently. Although transitioning from my lifelong hometown presented challenges, I am comfortable and pleased with the living arrangements at Meadowbrook Apartments.

We had a very positive touring experience at Meadowbrook. Corrine was professional and thorough in her showing of the property, and encouraged us to submit an application day-of. Mid-tour, we encountered a disgruntled resident attempting to meet with the singular staff member available over the weekend. We went home and immediately submitted our information. We were disappointed by our approval notification, which came over a full week later in the form of a pricey transaction receipt: a $250 nonrefundable hold deposit for a successful application. We should have held off on submitting an application until we were absolutely certain that we would select Meadowbrook, as we've decided on a much nicer, much cheaper property nearby, and the holding deposit is regrettably non-refundable under

love this place!! Felt safe and quiet. This is our first family apartment and we had so many great memories. Been almost 2 years. We have to move another city I wish they didn’t charge for 2 months fees 😭 moving without finishing our contract 😭😭😭😭 But thank you Meadow 🤍

This place is an absolute joke , grounds are clean but that's about it , pools always down not well maintained , the play ground for the kid's is a joke nothing there paints all chipped off and everything's rusty , the apartments seem nice when you view them until you realize everything they put in is bottom for the barrel we pay 1500.00 a month and the drawers fall out the screen door also come off trace every time we just it the windows leaking the vents are rusty and gross the toilets and sinks barley drain..the island is scratch to hell and back the base of the floor boards keep falling off are toilet was loose so they came and finger tightened the bolts lol are dish washer works like shit..save your money find another place dont chose here also God forbid something ever gets mixed up
