Approximately one month ago, I reached out to Joan Traggiai to request additional photos and a copy of the seller disclosure for a property I was interested in. Despite several follow-up calls, she made promises to provide the requested information but failed to deliver. Furthermore, I attempted to contact Gary Straub, the Broker in charge, on two occasions, only to be informed that he was "too busy of in a meeting" to speak with me. As a prospective buyer, this level of service is not only disappointing but also highly unprofessional. Effective communication and support are crucial in the real estate process, and my experiences have convinced me that I cannot entrust my business with this office.

I went to high school with Pina and when my husband and I decided it’s time to move back to the Butler Area to be closer to the grandbabies, we looked Pina and Lorraine up.
