Butler Arbors

So I’m happy to have the opportunity to share my experience thus far with The Butler Arbors. The administrator, Victoria Crawford treated my father, as if he was her father. He has some physical challenges with his hearing, vision and mobility to say the least, and she was more than patient and gracious and helpful in every way. The policies she has in place as far as moving furniture in and pet vaccinations are completely appropriate and I appreciate her vigilance in that process and how it keeps my father and his fur baby/cat safe. The apartment was in great shape, brand new floors, exterior glass heater, fresh paint on all the walls new carpet in the bedroom obviously well-maintained And my father‘s neighbors, and the rest of the residence have been completely welcoming, and kind to say

Sad when people are rude and disrespectful to a 5 year old boy playing in the yard and some lady yells at my son saying he's disrespectful brat for ruining the property. Think u better check ur tenets with begin disrespectful. N all we did was sit there waiting for the bus. N a boy wanting to run around n play. N if it was private property then there would be a sign. N last time I checked people can catch the bus there due to it being a bus stop.

There is an on going bed bug problem here still after my first review. Infact it is much worse. There is an entire floor polluted with them. People move in Here and bring their bugs with them we now have roaches The screening process needs much improvement. And proper treatment for bugs. i guess low bid wins. You get what you pay for. I wish I could give minuses for this place.

All the staff that I have met are very nice and supportive and this place is very welcoming and clean.

Nice ppl, clean, needs improvement but what place doesn't. Close to all shopping, can take a bus..rent goes on income..security deposit???
