Greenview Gardens Apartments

So, I'll preface this with saying I was not the easiest to get along with when I moved in here 5 years ago. That said, I want to thank Sam and Jenn for their often deceptively overwhelming amount of work they both managing the property with the tools available to them. I used to believe a lot of the rules in the lease were silly and unnecessary, even argued with Sam once when I went down to ask about something ridiculous (I lost the argument there, but it was for the best.). Sam and Jen, and the maintenance team have been surprisingly understanding and patient with me once I was able to chill out quite a bit and see what I could be doing to make this landlord-tenant relationship feel more like friend-to-friend. Mgmt and maintenance have reciprocated, and now I'd say we get along quite well

Honestly Sam and Jen are great, they've helped us out over the years many times. The grounds are nice to walk around on, the maintenance people are always polite to me. The entrances aren't too pretty but they do the job, and the apts themselves are great!

It’s depends on what section your home is in. I’m unfortunately in a section where there is a lot of fighting going on between couples and cops are called in to control the situation. In the winter time they do not keep the parking lots clear very much. It’s kinda enter at your own risk. Some positive things: they do keep the hall ways clean. They scrub the doors and sweep. There is some very nice neighbors that we have meet that are in a different section. I wish I was in a different section of the apartments.

I have not ever had issues with the new staff here. I’ve been here almost ten years with no plans on moving. Samantha and Jennifer are both very nice people. They know their jobs and work well with the tenants. The staff keeps everything moving in a timely manner to the best of their ability. The grounds are kept nice. They also have community events to be able to meet and or visit with neighbors. I have no complaints, I enjoy living in a safe environment. Also a thank you, to all of the staff for doing the best that you do!!

The ladies who keep the office afloat do a fantastic job. I never struggle to reach someone when I have a question or concern. They were professional but fun and super helpful. The maintenance gentleman are hardworking and always on top of things. I think it’s a great community and the team working it does a stellar job!
