Mcmullan Realty Inc

On, Friday December 8, 2023 I contacted Mcmullan Realty Inc with regards to selling my home. I was assured someone will be getting in touch with me, their voicemail states "someone will be getting back with you within less than 24 hours". Well it has been well over 24 hours. After reading the reviews I do not want to deal with this company.

Top real estate company in business. They are a smaller agency but that's great because they give you all their attention. Their agents are friendly, know the market well and have tons of experience. I have worked with a few different company in the past and none have made my life so easier. I highly recommend them to everyone, If you need to list your home, or to sell one, they will save you a lot of money. I'm an investor who buys and sales homes regularly and I would never imagine going to another agency.

Being the ultimate picky buyer, Henry and his family and staff were beyond supportive, knowlagable, industry savvy, and extremely patient. They allowed us to drag them to far too many viewings while we searched for the perfect home. Our wants and needs constantly changing with every viewing. Henry allowed us to learn and discuss our changing ideas of what we thought we needed still we found the perfect home. We honestly would not have found our dream home and loan without his help!!

I've worked with McMullan for over 2 years. It hasn't always been bad, but it got worse before getting better. At the onset Henry was very helpful in educating me on the Cleveland market. He helped me with a real estate transaction then PM services. Afterwards, that's when things started going downhill. There have been 3 instances where Henry went MIA. This left me wondering the status of my properties and tenant situations. Recently, it's been 1 month without communication from McMullan Realty. This is absolutely unacceptable. I gave the benefit of the doubt after the 1st time Henry went MIA. The 2nd time was the final warning, and now enough is enough. I wanted to help support their efforts from the beginning of the process but service has been inconsistent. I wouldn't recomm

I met with Mr. Stoudermire and Ms. White to prepare to sell a few of my rental properties. The follow up was horrible. Neither did what they said they would do. I really needed assistance as the process was new to me. I felt as if they did not care, and were not completely transparent. They are useless. Do not waste your time!
