I used this realtor to sell my house and buy another house and Joshua was the very best realtor that I could've asked for. He is the absolute sweetest guy ever to work with! He was so patient with my crazy self even tho I could be a little overwhelming sometimes he still understood and always told me that everything was okay. He always reassured me and kept me in the know for every step. I would recommend you use them for any services you may need an agent for. Joshua LaFever is the best tho! If I ever need an agent for whatever reason, he will be the one I will always choose a million times.

My review is for Cory Nicholson a realtor @ Mckimmey associates. Renting from Mr. Cory Nicholson has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a tenant. I communicated openly after losing my job, explained my situation, and even made a large payment I didn’t have as, Cory said he would work with me. Instead, Cory has been cold, dismissive, and money-driven. The home had a serious rat and Gnat issue from the start when I moved in. Rat feces were in the stove and mice seen regularly by my dog. I cleaned the entire house and appliances myself and reached out to Cory regarding the mice, but it took weeks for Cory to bring over anything. He brought over cheap bait and never followed up again. However, he had no issue repeatedly reaching out about rent. I’ve had zero lease violat

If I could give a -10 stars I would.......and we haven't been here 1 whole month yet. We will be moving, and NEVER dealing with these slumlords again. So far the inside and outside of the property are filthy.....there is torn up hard wood floors all through the house. The linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom are the only decent floors in the house. There is carpet in the bedroom.....that looks and smells like a gang of dogs has been using it for a bathroom. Garbage all through the yard, broken glass, plastics, torn up window screens, and 2 old tires. Not 1 functioning screen on any windows, they are all cut up, full of holes or missing completely.
