The property manager, Sonya, shared our confidential documents with another tenant—a serious breach of privacy. Even worse, she falsely informed the Maintenance Supervisor (Chris) that our unit was vacant, when it absolutely was not. This led to Chris entering our home without notice, while a family member was inside—alone and undressed. However, I traveled from Columbus to inquire about available units, only to find the office staff unhelpful and uninformative regarding potential vacancies. Her demeanor was notably unenthusiastic.

I would agree with Laurice Youngblood review as well. I have tried twice to get information and apply. The first time it was through email to get information and was told by two representatives no one can come on the property to view the property and get info in October 2023 by email highlighted in yellow. I decided to try again for a second time in January 2024 and when I came in person to get information and the representative appeared nice at that time but that demeanor and attitude changed with communication by phone and email in the process of applying. I followed the representative instructons on calling a phone number and sending an email and filled out the pre qualifying form. Completely Negligent. All Management is unprofessional and has terrible problem resolution skills.
