This truly is such an unprofessional, unresponsive, and bad quality company. They have never been good to work with. Especially their employee Maureen Natrella is consistently unprofessional, rude, unproductive. Everyone I know that has also worked with her has only ever had complaints.

I am extremely disappointed with McGrath Management - the company hired by our HOA. They are utterly unresponsive to emails and phone calls, even when the concerns raised involve serious safety issues that could affect the well-being of residents. This lack of communication is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for their responsibilities. Not only do they fail to address safety concerns, but they also consistently neglect to enforce the HOA bylaws. Their inaction has created a frustrating environment where issues are allowed to persist and worsen. Promises made to property owners are rarely, if ever, followed through, leaving us feeling ignored and unsupported. This company is failing in every aspect of their duties. If I can put a zero I would all smoke and mirrors. They DO NOT uphold to their own contracts. I would NOT recommend them at all. Be very cautious. They do not respond to calls or emails as the other reviewers commented the same concerns.

Easily one of the worst management companies around in my opinion. Our property manager was Maureen. She was very unorganized and unprofessional. Residents of the building would bring issues to her attention and nothing ever got resolved. During last winter they forgot to hire someone to take care of snow and ice removal on the sidewalks around our building, so it became hazardous to walk past our building. It took weeks and multiple snow storms with residents shoveling and salting the sidewalks around the building for McGrath to do anything, and our building even made it into the local paper because ours was one of the only ones that did not maintain the sidewalks. The elevator would go out of service whenever the building lost power. The first time this happened it was down for 3-4 days.

Edge on Hudson Brown stone community. They hired a manager with criminal convictions and then found out by residents. Worst company and management. Never responded to my service request. Not sure why HOA hired them in the first place.
