Worst builder. If I could give him zero stars I would. We had the 1 year builder warranty and he dodged our calls, would never show up on days he said he would. While we were in the process of buying the home he made all these comments don’t worry I will take good care of you guys. After we told him we had been screwed over in the past before he reassured us that he would never. We asked multiple times to come and fix things that were part of the warranty and still 2 years later nothing. So glad he decided to sell the undeveloped neighborhood so that someone else can uphold their ends. If you are in the looks of buying please beware of him.

McCoy Construction was flawless in both timeline and execution of the services they provided us. Jason met every deadline we had within our community and suggested multiple options that no other contractor offered which allowed for significant savings to our capital expenditures. Would give 10 stars if it was allowed. Would highly recommend McCoy for any of your Civil Construction needs!
