McClay Custom Homes built a dormer and second story bedroom addition. Our home had a large unused attic space which we wanted to convert into an additional bedroom. A previous project we had just completed with a very bad contractor had left us rather cautious about who we worked with in the future. So for this bedroom project we solicited numerous quotes and interviewed each contractor. We received quotes ranging between 13K to 24K. We chose McClay Custom Homes due to their professionalism when Bill and his project manager came to evaluate the project and a few days later when they came to personally deliver the quote and explain the project and cost break down.
