Matt did a wonderful job helping me buy my house. He asked detailed questions about what I was looking for and sent me curated listings that met my requirements. He was extremely communicative. Pointed out highlights of each property and had a keen eye for potential issues. Was great during the negotiation period as well. The inspector he suggested and broker he suggested were great and gave extremely competitive prices and interest rates as well. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!
