Mattie is the best realtor! We have sold several homes in the past where the realtor merely plants a For Sale sign in the ground, sits back, and waits for potential buyers. Not Mattie . She is very proactive. First, she has the house inspected to determine if there are any problems that need to be addressed. Her team of construction workers, electricians, painters, house cleaners, stagers, etc. immediately commenced to repair, improve, and update the home inside and out.
