Upon receiving my report I was shocked at all he doesn’t inspect. Landscape lighting, stand well tank and pump just a few. He walked around house checking outlets and faucets. My niece could do that. Upon taking possession of the home I was shocked to find the reverse osmosis system was inoperable. The heat pump wasn’t checked . Several switches on walls had tape on them. Didn’t bother with those either. I hope he is a good Marine Captain. Homes ain’t his thing.
I called at 4:45 pm on Friday afternoon. Even though he was going on vacation he dropped by before going home. Completd the inspection and sent the completed inspection to me before leaving on his trip
