Massachusetts Mills Apartments

I have moved about 12 times in the past 25 years so I have some empirical experience with apartment living. Things I've loved: The office staff is personable, professional, and above all, kind. Angela has always gone out of her way to make sure that our concerns are addressed. If your delivery has been misplaced in the package room, someone will leave their desk and help you search for it. Emails are always answered by a human. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely and effective manner. And, big plus, they are cheerful, too! Parking always available; it's not free but you don't have to hunt for a space or walk a half mile to the door. The apartments are older but lovely with high ceilings and an abundance of light. I've lived here for 5+ years and MassMills Apartments has truly been a wonderful place to live. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everything is handled professionally. What really makes this community stand out, though, is the incredible service provided by the staff. From management all the way to mantainance staff. They genuinely care and aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Angela, the assignment manager is one of the most humane, compassionate, and understanding people I’ve met in a while. It’s rare to encounter someone who not only does their job efficiently but also treats residents with such respect and kindness. We lived at Massmills for 2.5 years. We moved to Massachusetts from out-of-state so we weren't able to tour the grounds. There's three buildings on site (100, 200, and 300). The website will show you pictures of the 300 building which is the best and most attractive of the three. We rented an apartment in the 200 building so when we moved in we were disappointed that it didn't look the way it was being portrayed online. This felt very bait-and-switch. Despite this we were still pretty happy and apparently our apartment was recently renovated. Some positives: the maintenance staff, notably Pedro, is fantastic. The atmosphere is beautiful. The Staff are amazing. Always super nice. I have been able to cry and express myself with NO JUDGEMENT. Ginny the Property Manager is very resourceful and she can provide information regarding many situations, even ones that you would think she can’t. She has been a huge support system and my son loves her. Maintenance are always really good and they respond in a timely manner. I have never had to call them back to repeat any work they already did. They are very knowledgeable. Besides my neighbors The complex itself is top notch.

I've lived at Massmills for about 8 years now. There are three different buildings, each one with their own charm. There's only so much parking space for residents and there isn't guest parking but It's right down downtown so there is a parking garage close by and a good amount of street parking. Good location to bars and little restaurants as well as social events that go on in the city. Whenever there is an issue maintenance does a pretty good job with staying in top of things and complete work orders. Office staff is cool. Angela and Ginny are the best! Overall not a bad place to live.
