This has to do with how Mary handled a condo rental property at 440 S Villa San Marcos. I met her husband Asa there to view, everything was good so I sent my Zillow app over, Mary said I was approved (said her husband told her to rent to me). She asked for the deposit immediately (Friday) and I said it would come on Monday. After that, crickets. Sent 2 text, left a vm, and emailed her, Finally today she text back and said " Oh I didn't know my husband showed the condo yesterday and took a deposit to hold it so it is not available anymore" REALLY?? No call, no courtesy, nothing. Of course I didn't believe her as I had asked about noise from the top floor, was told "they never had a complaint but there are college student there" This was rude, irresponsible and put me a difficult position a

Marry went above and beyond as a realtor. She explained every detail from the beginning to the end. Gave me great advice about staging my home for the sale. The picture were taken by a professional photographer and definitely helped with the sale of my home. Marry was wonderful with communication. These communications continued from day one until the end of the sale. She even checked to make sure we made it to our new home 200 miles away.
