Marrero Commons

So far so great with the process of moving into Marrero Commons! The staff all have been patient, informative, supportive and very welcoming from the phone calls to the actual in persons. I have no complaints besides my daughter made me realize that we didn’t have a balcony to sit like some of the others and I’ve been a little upset every time I look at it now lol😩😩. But really the ladies in the office have been working hard and diligently to take care of everyone and in a timely manner! Prayers have already been sent above that the same service giving will continue throughout which I believe will😌. Despite some reviews the neighborhood has been quiet so far as well. Hopefully, that remains as well! Looking forward to continued peace, love and respect for everyone in this community!

This is the worst place I have ever lived. The amount that is charged for rent is outrageous. $1875 for a 3 bedroom and eveRY SINCE I have BEEN STAYING here, something has always been broken. 1. As of this date, toilets are backing up, 2. A.C is constantly rattling and getting clogged up resulting in Puddles of water spewing all over the floor. 3. Lets not talk about the constant noise from Children runnng and jumping all hours of the night. 4. Don't even think about sitting ON your porch to get fresh air because you will either get SHOT AT OR GET CAUGHT UP IN SOME TURF WAR. My grandson was shot at, grazed by a bullet for nothing. . 5. My tires were slashed by someone who lived there and all of this was reported, but the office personnel did not want to roll the camera back.6.RAW sewerage

The maintenance person was truly on target he was organized and effective. He was committed to his task what is above his level he stated! However I am disappointed in the complex for not maintaining the appliances every quarter the flooring and air conditioning unit these problems have been going on since 2024.Thanks for Monday -Tuesday repairs The system of appointments works better for me as a working person. Just replace the washer and air conditioning unit I am too pld to start moving “it’s cheaper to keep just repair no band aids please Replace 3722 Earhart Blvd I do love my resident!!

Inspections last a week most of the time, these people put out inspection papers in October and never came. Now they want to do inspections from November 17th - December 31st. Between 8am-5pm that shit is ridiculous ! When they come, they knock about 3 times, then enter your apartment, they will move your property and stuff. And expect you to put your pets in cages, and turn off your alarm system from 8am-5pm leaving your home unprotected. If you are on the toilet and don't answer the door quickly, they will enter your home. So you have to be uncomfortable for 6 weeks fantastic ! This place was ran better by Mrs. Allen.

Awesome 👌🏾 place!!! But, Yall gotta do better with my bad experience in the Summer time with the A/C problems! ✝️ 849 ✝️
