The Apartment facility itself is nicely designed and the apartment is spacious. The problem is constantly broken gates, so saying the in the amenities gated is a joke when the gates are broken. The elevators are broke often. People with disabilities and groceries have problems getting up the stairs. The long overdue powerwashing is good but simply hiring a Security Officer to enforce the parking, loitering, noise, and littering would solve a lot of the problems for what the rent is you telling me you can't contract a security company? The trash rooms and halls smell. The stairways still smell. They need to be constantly clean. The halls need to be mopped. Rules can't be enforced nights and weekends. Keep the gates fixed and monitored back and front reduce unauthorized people from trash

I can’t say enough good things about the management team at The Marquis! They are always so helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and comfortable. Anytime I’ve needed something or had a question, they’ve responded quickly and with genuine care. It’s clear they truly take pride in the community and do everything they can to make The Marquis a great place to live. Living here has been such a positive experience thanks to their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend The Marquis to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming apartment community!

When you think about Marquis Apartments Homes think about Luxury affordable Beautiful and unique.The office staff has always been professional From The Manager Assistant Manager,Leasing agent and we cant forget about the awesome Maintenance team.i have to say they actually listen when being talked to.if a maintenence order is placed they work effectively to get it done.i can't forget about the groundskeeper she's a keeper.This os one apartment that literally engage with the tenants. IM EXICITED to call The Marquis my home.My Family and I love it here.come on neighbor Welcome Home.

Downtown wonderful location, near all local food area. Safe location near the sheriffs office. Staff is helpful understanding and go out there way for there tenants. Always on top of there job. I love my home.

The Marquis Apartments are very spacious that offer 3 and four bedroom apartments. You get more room for your money with a mixture of carpet and flooring throughout the apartment. All the apartments come with a balcony.
