Marquee Apartments

I have lived at Marquee Apartments since fall 2021 and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Nick has been wonderful. Everyone is super nice and friendly and service requests are completed in a pretty timely manner. The only complaint I have is I can always hear the upstairs neighbor moving stuff around or walking super loud but other than that, this apartment has been great to live in. The building is secure, I don't worry about my packages being stolen, and being super close to DT Everett's restaurants and farmer's market is really nice. Most of the surrounding tenants are respectful and keep to themselves. There are people who smoke in the back so the smell wafts if your unit faces east. Other than that, I recommend inquiring to live here!

I've been in Everett for a few years. I'm not a big fan of the area but Marquee makes it tolerable. I've noticed some questionable designs and shoddy infrastructure in my unit, yet it's very much livable. My washer requires some finesse to operate as it's mostly touchscreen with poor responsiveness. It gets quite hot during the summer so I would recommend installing an AC unit if you're not fond of being air fried. The most offensive thing I can think of is unsightly cyber truck the company keeps in the garage. I've never had a significant issue living here. The place is clean and the walls are thick enough where I forget I have neighbors fairly often. Though I may just be unbothered by such things. The building management is very good. Nicholas in particular is very friendly and outgoing.

All I can say is these apartments are so beautiful and within great walking distance of everything! The windows let so much light into my apartment and make it so beautiful! Not to mention Nicholas and Angelina always are so sweet and helpful in any way possible.

It would be the best moving in and living experience ever, if not for their standards of cleaning. The building is very nice, situated in downtown Everett, it has an elevator and carts, which is a great help when you move in, it has has nice underground garages, and the view from our unit is amazing, you can see the Cascade mountains, the building is safe and secure. The property manager Nicholas is a superstar, he is super helpful and considerate. On move in day we looked at our unit and it was not clean, so we asked them to clean it again, but they did their job poorly the second time. A classy building in a great location just minutes from the ocean, the freeway and Funko! Marquee seemed like the best option when choosing a new place to live. The balcony has a superb view of the Cascades (other buildings in the area don't have balconies at all) and the spacious underground garage is a fantastic and stress-free alternative to trying and failing to find city parking (few apartments in the area have enough spaces as it is). The property manager, Nicholas, was also by far the most pleasant and professional representative I had spoken to in any apartment tour.
