Marland Place Apartments

I would give this lovely place 1 million stars if possible. Staff, maintenance, grounds, safety, cleanliness, landscape, and location are all above and beyond what i was looking for with my budget. Praise the Lord for putting my family here at this wonderful place. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for very nice affordable housing. All the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. My family is so very grateful!!

The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of town and close to everything you might need, from grocery stores and schools to parks and other essentials. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They’re always polite, helpful, and respond quickly to any maintenance requests. I recently visited this complex and was really impressed. The curb appeal was really nice, clean, and well-kept. What stood out to me was the staff. Lauren and Hillary were awesome. They answered all my questions and made the experience so much fun. They had me laughing and just such a great vibe. Although I ended up going in a different direction, this community left a great impression. Definitely worth checking out if you are apartment hunting.

Mistee is friendly and answered all my questions. The staff is welcoming. The property is clean and has great amenities. My apartment is exactly what I was looking for. The complex is definitely a gem of Temple.

So far, so good. The only two hang ups I am experiencing is the swimming pool hours, since I work late a lot, and having to pay extra in paying the rent. The manager, and assistant manager have always been helpful, though I may not of received an favorable response.
